On my wings
In June 2012, when I first placed this song on my website, I dedicated it for my dear friend Molly. I wrote: May this song and the circumstances in which it was created give you strength.

Here is a fragment of a letter I received from a reader of my website. I want to share it with you because it touched my heart so much.

Liliana,
Each and every time I go to your site I see and feel new and different discoveries and feelings. Each time I listen to "On My Wings" so many things go through my head... Every time I wonder who Molly is or is Molly many people? What I wonder the most though, is Molly okay today? It is like I say a little prayer at this time for anyone who has been abused is still being abused or anyone suffering from a disease that is painful and debilitating so in essence I pray for all the Molly's of the world.
This week has been filled with just a huge array of emotions and responsibilities causing me to feel extremely overwhelmed so I set myself down to read your poems and listen to your songs. You need to know that you stop my crazy world and make me feel, and cause me to refocus on the important aspects of life and then you give me strength to go out and be the person I feel I am suppose to be in the world... just me.
—Cindy
Sometimes, when I am too tired, I doubt myself. I wonder what is even the point of my creative work. I think that nobody sees it, reads it, or that I am not good enough. Letters like Cindy's shake me out of these doubts and give me strength to go on. Thank you Cindy! And yes, as Cindy wrote so beautifully, Molly is a special person I know who went through a lot of undeserved suffering in her life. And yes, Molly refers to "many people" as well.
