I’m an author, singer-songwriter, illustrator, and entrepreneur originally from Poland, living in America since 1983. Alongside creating poems, songs, books, and recordings through Artpeace Publishing, I have built creative and real-estate ventures dedicated to restoring spaces — both inner and physical — where people can heal, create, and begin again. My work grows from lived experience: rebuilding life after hardship, transforming loss into meaning, and discovering that creativity and resilience often rise from the same foundation. I love depth and often use humor to inspire positive change, offering encouragement and empowerment to those who embark on this journey with me. My work blends playful whimsy with psychological insight — simple on the surface, yet reaching the deeper places we often hide.

During a difficult time in my life, this drawing of a lady with extended arms showed up to me together with my short poem called "And, No End," (connection, not division). I call her Lady And. Ever since I became AWARE of my "inner and outer chains", this Lady and other whimsical characters, whom you will see in many of my poems, started showing up. They wouldn't leave until I would write down the messages they had for me. I was astounded by the wisdom they brought into my life. How was it possible that a character from my imagination may know more than I do? I eventually learned that most of them represented some part of me - a part that was neglected, or often a suppressed EMOTION. I discovered the greatness of the subconscious mind. As a child, I loved fairytales and cartoon drawings. And now, as an adult when I was about to give up on life, my tiny characters reached out to me. Through my dialogs with them, they have guided me on the journey toward an incredible and ultimate healing.
